If we ask educators to teach through play, curiosity, movement, and connection… why do we train them by talking at them for hours?​

 

We believe adults learn the same way children do — through experience, reflection, collaboration, creativity, and meaningful connection.

The Play Coaches blends neuroscience, emotional wellbeing, leadership development, and play-based learning into interactive professional development experiences that strengthen educators, teams, and culture.
